Tuesday - Wednesday

The 3 Amigos were able to continue taking advantage of early season snow yesterday. We spent the majority of our training session filming on the flat down box in the Canyon Park. Lots of hiking and sliding and tired bodies by the end of the day. Upon return to the school we held a video review in the office.

Today we combined with the Alpine J1-2 boys and conducted our 12 minute run test down at the Rutland track. Afterwords we played a mixed game of speed ball and flag football. The 3 Amigos will be resting well tonight.
