KMSST Week 4 Review

Week four was actually more like two days. It was Thanksgiving week so training was only on Monday and Tuesday. The team was fully intact on the first day and powered through a lower body workout. Chris took the train early the next morning, while the rest were left to play on the trampoline with the Freestyle team. The "Wiscos" left for Wisconsin Wednesday morning. Happy Thanksgiving to all! Training resumes on the 30th.

The view from the school this morning. While plenty of natural snow has been hanging around the mountain this week, snowmakers have been busy blowing a ton of snow in the canyon.

The KMSST competition calender is almost complete, but we are still waiting to hear about some venue dates to finalize it. For now, the team will be flying out west for the Revolution Tour, NORAM's and local USASA events TBD.
